  • Can I bring my contents to you?

    Yes. You are welcome to bring your items in by arrangement. 


  • Do you provide blankets and furniture protection?

    Yes. Furniture is protected using professional furniture blankets, and polythene covers are available for items such as mattresses and sofas to provide additional protection.

  • What types of items can be stored?

    Most household items can be stored safely. For safety and insurance reasons, some items cannot be accepted, including flammable materials, paints, plants, and perishable food.

  • How much storage space will I need?

    If you are unsure, I will help you estimate the right amount of space based on what you need to store. There is no pressure to overestimate.


  • Are my belongings secure?

    Yes. Your belongings are stored in secure, clean, dry storage containers, within our secure warehouse.

  • Can I access my items while they are in storage?

    Access can usually be arranged, depending on what you need. If you think you may need regular access, let me know so the right option can be planned from the start.


  • How do I pay for storage?

    Storage is paid by 4-weekly direct debit. Payments begin once your goods are safely in storage, so you only pay from the point storage starts.


  • How long can I store my items for?

    You can store your belongings for as little as a few weeks or for longer-term periods. Storage is flexible and can be adjusted if your plans change.


  • What happens when I am ready for my items back?

    When you are ready, items can be returned to you, delivered to a new address, collected by you, or moved on as part of a house move or clearance.
