No. ClearSpace specialises in one-off deep cleans rather than regular domestic cleaning.
Can cleaning be arranged alongside clearance?
Yes. End of tenancy cleaning is often arranged after clearance where items have been left behind. This helps ensure the property is properly reset and ready for inspection.
Do you provide oven and appliance cleaning?
Yes. Oven and appliance cleaning can be included as part of the end of tenancy clean. This will be confirmed when the scope of work is agreed.
How is pricing confirmed?
Pricing is confirmed based on the size and condition of the property, along with the level of cleaning required. This is discussed in advance so you know exactly what is included.
Do I need to be present during the clean?
No. Cleaning can be carried out without you being present, as long as access has been arranged.
Can you help if the property needs more than just cleaning?
Do you clean carpets?
No. We do not currently offer carpet or upholstery cleaning.
Do you clean ovens?
Yes, oven cleaning can be included.
